Labor here is $198 per hour. Almost $200. Let that sink in. When I asked Eddie Guerrero, the service manager, to explain the discount I was supposed to get when I thought it was not applied correctly, he went on to accuse me of trying to get additional discounts. Accused his customer of trying to cheat in front of his staff! This place is xxxx.

Set an appointment to see a car. We showed up and 1st, they weren't expecting us (they have outside reps setting appointments), then the car we wanted wasn't "available for sale because it was still being inspected and detailed". Confused I asked them what vehicle did they post pics of then? Bait and switch!. I hope someone from their establishment contacts me to explain themselves. I live 2 blocks away and wanted to give them my business. The whole experience left me compelled to make buyers beware of this place

Bait and switch. Internet prices are not accurate. Dealer increased the price 5000$ above msrp after we made the drive down their to purchase the vehicle. Look a more honest dealership to purchase from.

The service department at this place is awful and incompetent! I went here to have my car checked for problems and they couldn't figure out anything, I had to point out some things to them to fix, otherwise they wouldn't have seen it , talk about incompetents!
Eddie is the worst! He is grouchy, unfriendly, and doesn't want to help you at all, his customer service is horrible! I tried to get pictures sent for a vehicle I was interested in purchasing from out of state. I spoke with them for 6 days and couldn't get decent pictures sent. When I did receive pictures and a video the video was very grainy and I asked for clarification. The response time was never timely. I am very disappointed in this dealership.

I was looking for a specific RDX color and package combination. After internet searches I contacted several dealers online for pricing. Acura of Alhambra was by far the best price and the most responsive. I worked with Nicole the product specialist and Carlos the manager who were both very easy going and very professional. I was at the Acura of Alahambra dealer helping a friend to negotiate a lease on a car, when the director of finance ERIK CRAIN offered a service contract on the vehicle for $1,500.00 for the 3 years I told my friend to decline it because she would return the car with only 22,500 miles at the end of the lease (7,500 miles per year) this guy Erik went beserk and made the comment “ you can fix stupid” because we did not want the contract service, very unprofessional person so be careful when you shop at this dealer

I’ve been shopping around for a while and have test driven the car I’m interested in twice. They offered me the “best” price and I had it via a text that the salesperson had given me and even used it at other dealerships as a bargaining tool. Another dealership (Tustin) was willing to sell me the vehicle at $800 more.

Perhaps the worst example of a service department I've come across in my life. They will lie about the cost of the parts and pay themselves >$100 bucks an hour for simple filter changes. It's crazy. Do not work with this dealership.

Recently purchased an 2020 Acura RDX Aspec from this dealer. My sales was Matthew, would I work with him again? Absolutely. However I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this dealer because even though GM claimed they don't operate off commissions, they are still in the business to make as much money off you as possible. BE WHERE !!!!! BAD PEOPLE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! The sales representatives were very manipulative and lied. I ended up walked out of the dealership because of things like this. Even after agreeing on a price over the phone when I came in they said they couldn’t do that price and insisted on a higher one. After i was walking out the salesman started laughing!!!!!!! The finance guy--Manny is a bulxxxxer. Never follows up. Noted a paint nick when I picked up the car and he said he would schedule it to be repaired. He also said that for getting car he would give us a Acura keychain. None of this occurred. Since I drove off I have not received a phone call from this guy. I will tell full story in a few days. I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing a car. I have experienced everything mentioned in prior reviews. Will tell you the sky is red if necessary to make sale. Even tears down other Accura dealers to try and make themselves look good. As the rep told us" Don't believe what you are told, believe what is in writing! Wow!

They will promise you anything to get you to the dealer but they offer you completely different deal and they say that there was miscommunication. Yajaira Carbajal was the lady who promised and they laugh after you leave the dealer angry.

We arrived at this dealership the weekend before July 4. They were already advertising July 4 holiday offers. We were in the market to purchase a 2019 FWD RDX Tech Package.
Another dealership quoted me a discount price for a 2019 FWD RDX Tech Package, which was about 12% of the MSRP value. The actual car buying experience was OK. Both sides were able to meet in the middle. But, three days after I bought a used 2018 F150 pickup, with just 19000+ miles, I discovered a small cosmetic plastic plate missing from the inside of right rear door. I called them the next day. Won’t be coming back after getting my car serviced since 2015. New owners gouging customers on routine maintenance and repairs. Used to honor other dealers coupons, but no more. When I commented about pricing to service manager he replied oh well and prices likely going up. This is my second review in as many weeks. I enter at this dealership yesterday afternoon 4/23/19 hoping to get a new car and was amazed with their poor or no customer service. I was inside standing at the front desk and got pass by employees, another sitting at their computers and no simple greetings hi, hello or asking if I've been help. nothing! after 10 minutes standing, i left the dealership. what a company with new management.

The team at Acura of Alhambra were amazing. They made our new RDX car buying process very easy and enjoyable. Everyone was very helpful, starting from the sales specialists (Ashley & Andres), to finance (Eric) and of course the GSM (Jacqueline). Brought my car in for a master cylinder recall. Got my car back with a clicking noise. I brought it back 4 times and still the mechanics cannot get the problem fix. I brought it back a 5th time and this time they wanted $2100 for a problem they caused. Yikes!! I would never recommend this dealership. At least the service department. I had been using this dealer because it's about 3 miles from my house. I had several oil change services at this place, having to wait about 3 to 4 hours each time. I bought my RSX in 2001 in Sierra Acura and had all the maintenance made in there until now. There service was never good but acceptable utnil recently it got even worse. Don't bring your car here. I will go to Glendale next time although its 15 miles farther than Sierra Acura from my home.

I'm sorry to say that I got ripped off by this dealer. Several things should have tipped me off, but unfortunately I wasn't thinking on my toes, and that's my fault. First, the salesperson was less than friendly--she was snappy, and seemed reluctant to show us the interiors of the cars--she wanted us to pick which one we wanted to buy first. This Sierra Acura is a rip! I live 3 blocks away from this place, so I did all my service there. There used to be a service manager named Joe, but he left. That was when the service went from excellent to horrible. After Joe left, then came a new service manager named Mike. The first time I went, he said I need new brakes, and i did that.
